Return Policy
MOJO 3D Pty Ltd has a limited 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this policy.
Return eligibility must meet the following criteria:
DO NOT ACCEPT Damaged cartons, boxes etc from the couriers, as it makes an easier claims process.

Damage and Shipping mishaps:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make corrections. (Please take as many photos or videos as possible).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on-sale items, special & pre-orders.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (non preorders, or sale items)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
NOTE: The shipping fee(s) both ways are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns, including any credit card, bank or merchant fees and a restocking fee of 30% will be applied for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
The team will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
