Shipping Policy
All dispatched orders is the customer's responsibility to follow up in relation to the shipment.
Dispatching
For in stock items we generally we aim to have at minimum 1 dispatch window throughout the day which will occur each business day around 10am.
Local Delivery Zone
For those customers in the local delivery zone, shipping times can be requested during checkout and we will communicate any changes or delays in getting your product(s) to you.
Damaged Items
If the items or box has arrived damaged, customer should:

If the item does has not arrived within 2 business days of the delivery date scheduled it is advised that the customer contact MOJO3D via phone or email to assist with locating the package.
